These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of eSIM data plans provided by FlyConnecta ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
FlyConnecta provides prepaid eSIM data plans for travelers visiting Brazil. Our eSIMs deliver unlimited mobile data connectivity through local Brazilian network carriers. Upon purchase, you will receive a QR code via email to install the eSIM on your compatible device.
2. Eligibility and Registration
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and have an eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked device. By completing a purchase, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your device is compatible before purchasing.
3. Purchase and Payment
All eSIM plans are prepaid. Prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available through Stripe. Prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and may vary based on your selected plan duration.
4. eSIM Delivery and Activation
After successful payment, your eSIM QR code will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout within up to 1 hour. You are responsible for installing the eSIM on your device. Your data plan begins when you first connect to a mobile network in Brazil — not at the time of purchase or installation.
5. Plan Duration and Expiration
Each plan has a fixed duration (7, 15, or 30 days) that starts upon first network connection in Brazil. Once the plan period expires, the eSIM will no longer provide data service. The eSIM will remain on your device until you manually remove it. After expiration, the service is provided "as is" without any warranty.
6. Fair Use and Unlimited Data
Our plans offer unlimited data for personal use. This means there are no daily data caps and no speed throttling under normal usage conditions. However, we reserve the right to apply fair use policies in cases of excessive or abusive usage that may negatively impact network quality for other users.
7. Service Availability
We strive to provide continuous and reliable service. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted network coverage, capacity, or connection quality at all times. Service may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: network maintenance, coverage gaps in remote areas, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
8. User Obligations
By using our services, you agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Use the service for lawful purposes only
- Not attempt to resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service
- Not use the service in a way that impairs network quality for others
- Respect intellectual property rights related to our service and content
9. Refund and Cancellation Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Full refund if the eSIM has not been activated and the request is made within 14 days of purchase
- Full refund if your device is found to be incompatible with eSIM technology (provided the eSIM was not activated)
- Partial refund if the eSIM was activated but the service experienced significant network infrastructure failures on our end
- No refund is available for fully used plans or plans that have expired

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlyConnecta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific eSIM plan in question.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, designs, and software on the FlyConnecta website and services are our property or licensed to us. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use of any materials is strictly prohibited.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
